Haven is owned by Sara and her husband Matt. Sara started her career in the beauty industry working for a bridal company, She quickly recognized the love she has for helping women feel beautiful and giving them the hair of their dreams. Sara specializes in Blonding and coloring, along with offering hair and makeup for any lifestyle or special event. Sara is devoted to giving her clients the best experience by staying educated on all the new hair trends and products.

Sara is taking a limited number of new weekday clients and is booking weddings for 2022 + 2023.

Stylist + Colorist

Lindsay was born and raised here in the Charlotte/ Concord area. She loves everything beauty related. She has been in the industry for a little over 6 years and attended RCCC cosmetology school, while attending school Lindsay worked for a wedding and hair company along with working as an apprentice at Haven. Although always having a talent in both, She really gained a lot of knowledge and experience apprenticing. Lindsay is definitely a colorist at heart, specializing in blondes, but loves doing wedding hair as well!

Lindsay’s schedule is limited because she has a little boy, Jaxson, and baby girl, Lucy. As much as she loves doing hair, she loves being their mom too! She is taking a limited number of new clients.

Ashley has been in the hair industry since 2018 and has been a part of our team at Haven Salon & Spa for 2 years now. Ashley specializes in coloring and beaded weft extensions.

Stylist + Colorist

Wanda is a seasoned hairstylist of 34 years! She specializes in Blonding and dimensional colors . Wanda exclusively uses Goldwell color. She also has barbering skills, from fades to flat tops. Wanda loves her clients like family and she feels it’s important to listen to there needs and wants in order to give them the desired look they are going for. Away from the salon she spends most of her time relaxing with her husband Roger and making delicious custom sugar cookies!

Stylist, Colorist + Nail Artist

Meredith is a seasoned hairstylist of 30 years and has been with us at Haven for 12 years! She keeps the vibe around the salon fun by making everyone laugh. Meredith specializes in Haircuts and Color but also offers nail services. When Meredith isn’t at the Salon she loves spending time with her two daughters and sweet puppy!

Tina has been a part of our team here at Haven for 11 years. She is an experienced stylist who is very passionate about her work and loves to make people feel beautiful whether that be with a new haircut, style, color or even perm. She loves being a part of a team that is committed to supporting one another. Tina considers her clients friends and enjoys spending time with each one of them!

Amy is new to Haven but definitely not new to the beauty industry! She has been doing hair for 34 years. Amy loves making her clients feel and look their best. She specializes in bob haircuts, perms, children’s haircuts and color services. Amy radiates joy from the minute you meet her and we are so excited to have her as a part of our Haven team

Stylist + Colorist

Annette is a seasoned hairstylist with 35 years experience in the beauty industry. Through the years Annette has been licensed in Ohio, Alabama and North Carolina. She specializes in razor cuts, blonding and color. Annette feels that doing hair is more than just doing hair , it’s about building personal relationships with her clients. Annette’s clients loyalty is a reflection of how incredible she is, some of her clients have been with her for over 20 years.

Annette is only taking new clients by referral at this time.

Nail Artist

Van is one of our incredible and experienced Nail Artists! She has been at Haven for 9 years but has been doing nails for 22 years. Van specializes in Acrylic nails but also offers manicures, pedicures and waxing services. Outside of the salon Van enjoys spending time with her two daughters, her son and her husband.
